Give a lasting gift by leaving a sum of money to The Sunflower Fund in your will.

This donation will be used to continue tissue typing donors and helping save more lives. Please find a Codicil below, which you can fill in and file away. Once you have signed and had your signature witnessed on this Codicil, it becomes a legal document, which then needs to be filed away with your Will.

A Testator automatically becomes a member of The Sunflower Fund, once we have been advised of your decision.

Please let us know of your intention so that we get a chance to thank you in person and in order for us to include you on our mailing list advising you of the activities of the fund and other pertinent information.
