TRISTAN QUIBELL 03 - I am a young, healthy and happy 7 year old with boundless energy and loads of love to share. I am doing the cycle challenge to help all of those people who aren't healthy like me. I know what it feels like to be not so well because my Dad was also sick for a long time. But luckily with the right care, lots of prayers, love and patience he is well again....very well. I am going to do the race to share a little and save a life and what fun it is going to be! |

On Saturday 7th November a group of enthusiastic children will be hitting the track on their bicycles cycling the 94.7 Children’s Challenge for The Sunflower Fund. Although they range in age from only 7 to 10 years old they are determined to raise awareness and money for The Sunflower Fund through the 2009 Mini Miles4Marrow campaign.
If you would like to support one of these young cyclists who seem set at this young age to be Sunflower ambassadors please make your donation into The Sunflower Fund bank account and make sure you reference your deposit with the chosen cyclist’s name so that it can be added to their total amount raised. A prize will be given to the winning cyclist so help them as they put their best foot forward to help us.

FIVE ENTHUASTIC CYCLISTS PUT THEIR FOOT FORWARD FOR THE FUND.... |
 Five young cyclists all under the age of 9 braved the heat of Joburg on Saturday as they cycled the 94.7 Children’s Cycle Challenge at Waterfall Estate to raise funds for The Sunflower Fund. Pabi Moloi as well as everybody’s favourite Whackhead Simpson from Highveld took turns spurring the kids on whilst they did their laps for 25 minutes. The cyclists came to the finish in their various groups to be met with an ice cold drink as well as a bandana bag filled with treats! Approximately R7000 was raised on the day with Cameron Hobson managing to raise R2200!
